EFFM has been issued with an Australian Financial Services License No. 239 635, which enables the Company to act as the Responsible Entity for Managed Investment Schemes that are: • Registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission • Focus on Timber Plantations EFFM is the plantation manager for six Paulownia plantations as follows: • Kiri Park Project (ARSN 091 158 897) • Kiri Park Project No. 2 (ARSN 096 225 400) • Kiri Park Project 2004/ 2005 (ARSN 107 747 348) • The Heritage Paulownia Forests Project No. 1 (ARSN 092 167 103) • Three Private Plantations, including a plantation managed for the Western Australian Water Corporation EFFM has considerable experience in all aspects of developing and managing Paulownia plantations including: • The initial land preparation for the plantations • The planting and establishment of the plantations • The establishment of the irrigation systems and other infrastructure requirements for the plantations • The on-going maintenance and management of the plantations EFFM’s commitment to excellence in Paulownia plantation management has been continually verified and supported by independent foresters who confirm the implementation of forestry best practices. EFFM obtains annual independent forestry reports on the status of the plantations and on EFFM’s plantation management activities. These annual reports are provided to growers in the Kiri Park projects each year. |
