A Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement ("PDS") in relation to the Kiri Park Project 2004/2005 (ARSN: 107 747 348) is available in electronic form as a download from this site. The Supplementary PDS is dated 8th October 2004 and supplements the Replacement PDS dated 26th May 2004, and the Supplementary PDS dated 2nd September 2004. This Supplementary PDS has not been lodged with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission ("ASIC"), nor is it required to be lodged with the ASIC. A PDS in-use notice has been submitted with the ASIC. No responsibility for the contents of the PDS is taken by the ASIC. The primary purpose of the Supplementary PDS is to provide potential investors with information relevant to the Kiri Park Project 2004/2005. This Supplementary PDS contains information regarding significant new matters arising since the date of issuing the Replacement PDS and other information of importance to investors. Application for the Kiri Park Project 2004/2005 can only be made on the Application Forms that accompany a paper copy of the PDS.
