| Powton Land Holdings Limited Annual General Meeting Powton Land Holdings Limited ("PLH") held Annual General Meeting ("AGM") for the financial year ending 30 June 2004 at Kiri Park. Kiri Park provides an opportunity for Shareholders and guests of Shareholders to view the Kiri Park Property, see the progress of their trees and inspect developments that have occured to the Property's infrastructure throughout the year. Holding the AGM at Kiri Park also provides an opportunity for Directors to answer questions and mingle with shareholders on a social level. Shareholders are treated to a barbeque following the AGM and guided tour of the property. This aspect of the day proves very popular and contributes to the good attendance rates that PLH experiences when AGM's are held at Kiri Park. The PLH AGM for the year ending 30 June 2003 was also held at the Kiri Park property, with a similar level of success.
